Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, June 25, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Miles Group, Inc.
c/o Attorney Thomas J. Alexander to continue the public hearing on the request of a variance
to allow (70) age restricted (i.e. over age 55) residential units on Boulder Lane. Attached
hereto is a copy of the waiver signed by the petitioner requesting the extension.
