The Trustees met at 4 P.M.
Present Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Messrs. Small, Delaney, Porter and Pond.
Report of the Secretary read and approved.
Report of the Finance Committee approved.
Report of the Librarian received and approved.
Moved that a vote of thanks be sent to Mr. George E. Woodberry for 25 French Books and to Rev.
James Hill for one volume.
The Circulation Committee reported an entry of 125 new titles.
Moved that twenty dollars be appropriated from it income of the Sohier Fund for Children' s
costumes. Carried.
Moved that from Trust Funds income for 1928 that the money be allotted as follows:
$250.00 Standing orders
$360.00 Farms Branch
90.00 Foreign books
150.00 Juveniles, deposits - Schools and Branches
400.00 Miss Loring
900.00 Miss Marsters
500.00 Meetings
20.00 Mrs. Rudkin
$4040.00 Total
Voted: To proceed to the organization of the Board. The Secretary pro tem was empowered to cast
one ballot for Chairman and Secretary.
Miss Katharine P. Loring was elected Chairman of the Board and Helen L. Marsters
Secretary.
Voted: To adjourn.
