Loring, Thomas F. Delaney,, Marian P. Motley, Rev. Clarence S. Pond, Fred H. Porter, William A. Rowe, and Robert O. Small Board members absent: Caleb B. Hood, and Helen L. Marsters Others present: Recorder: Marjorie H. Stanton Beverly, October 25th 1928 The Trustees met at 4 P.M. Present Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Messrs. Delaney, Small, Porter, Pond and Rowe. The records of September 27th, 1928 were read and approved. The report of the Finance Committee read and approved. The report of the Circulation Committee read and approved. 59 titles accepted 79 gifts accepted Report of the Librarian read and approved. Moved by Mr. Rowe that the Library at Beverly Farms be closed at 7:30 P.M. except Saturday until Miss Culbert's return. Moved that Miss Culbert be given four weeks more with pay. Carried. Report of bids for the magazines were received and considered. It was moved and seconded that the magazine contract be given to F. W. Faxon Company, Boston. Moved that the question of establishing a new branch at the Centerville School be refered to the Committee on Branches. Seconded and passed. Moved that the next meeting of the Trustees be held on Tuesday, November 27 at 4 P.M. Carried. Adjourned Clarence S. Pond Secretary Pro Tem
