The Trustees met at 4 P.M.
Present Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Messrs. Delaney, Porter, Small, Rowe and Pond.
The records of the July 11, 1928 were read and approved and voted that they be placed on
The report of the Finance Committee was read and approved and placed on file.
The report of the Librarian was read and approved. Placed on file.
Report of the Circulation Committee read and approved.
21 titles accepted
25 gifts accepted
Placed on file.
Moved that the determination of the hours of the opening of the Beverly Farms Branch be left
with the Circulation Committee.
Voted: That Miss Loring be requested to write a letter of appreciation to Miss Culbert for her
many years of faithful service and a message of sympathy from the Trustees to her in her present
bereavement.
Voted: That the magazine list as presented by the Circulation Committee be submitted for a
bid for 1929 for the Main Library and for Ryal Side.
