Raftery - Continuation October 17, 2002 Ms. Frances Macdonald Beverly City Clerk Beverly City Hall 191 Cabot Street Beverly, MA 01915 RE: 60 DANE STREET – PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUATION – MAURA RAFTERY Dear Ms. Macdonald: At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on Tuesday, May 28, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Maura Raftery to continue the public hearing on the application for a variance to encroach 7‘ plus or minus upon the required 10’ side yard setback with a two-story (16’x20’) addition, containing a family room on the first floor with master bedroom and bath above at 60 Dane Street.
