MORIN Dear Ms. Macdonald: At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on Tuesday, May 28, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Donald L. Morin to continue the public hearing on the request of a variance to encroach 10‘ plus or minus upon the required side yard setback of 15’ with a two-story addition, containing an attached one-car garage, with family room above regarding property at 579 Essex Street. This request will be re-advertised as a request for a special permit. Attached hereto is a copy of the waiver signed by the petitioner requesting the extension. Respectfully, Scott D.
