The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Tuesday, November 25 at 4 P.M.,
there being present of the Trustees, Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Mr. Cronin and Mr. Woodberry.
The records of the meeting of October 25th were read and approved.
The report of the Finance Committee was read and approved; and after consideration of the
Maintenance balance, it was voted that the Administration Committee be authorized to spend up to
$600.00, if necessary, to make the changes previously discussed, in the lighting arrangements at the
Main Library.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 379 new titles and the receipt
of 11 gifts. This was approved.
The report of the Librarian was read and placed on file.
It was voted that Miss Loring prepare the annual report for the Board, to be read at the
December meeting.
