Brilliant - Continuation (3) October 17, 2002 Ms. Frances Macdonald Beverly City Clerk Beverly City Hall 191 Cabot Street Beverly, MA 01915 RE: 31 LOTHROP STREET – PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUATION – ROBERT BRILLIANT Dear Ms. Macdonald: At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on Tuesday, May 28, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Robert Brilliant to continue the public hearing on his application for a Special Permit and his Administrative Appeal to a special meeting of the Board to be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2002 at the Beverly Public Library. The Special Permit application was incorrectly filed under 29-26(D) according to City Solicitor Robert Munroe. The applicant intends to refile a corrected application for a Special Permit under 29-26(C & D). The permit seeks permission to replace a formerly existing three-family residence with a new three-family residence. The Administrative Appeal is from a decision of Tim Brennan, the city Zoning Inspector and Building Commissioner, concerning a “stop work order” dated January 29, 2002. Attached hereto is a copy of the waiver signed by the petitioner’s representative requesting the extension. Respectfully, Scott D.
