The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Thursday, June 30th at 4 P.M.
There were present, of the Board, only Miss Loring and Mrs. Motley.
Since this was not a quorum and there was no important new business to be considered,
the reports of the last meeting and the statement of the Finance were read and approved, subject
to ratification at the next meeting; as was the report of the Committee on Circulation,
recommending the purchase of 100 gifts and the acceptance of 9 gifts.
The report of the Librarian was read and placed on file.
Adjourned until September 29th, unless called by the Chairman.
