The regular meeting of the Board was held at the Library on Thursday, February 24, at 4
P.M., with Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Mr. Delaney and Mr. Simon in attendance.
The Secretary read the records of the meeting on January 27th, and these were approved.
The report of the Finance Committee, giving figures of the budget as approved, and
details of income received from Trust Funds was presented and approved.
The Committee on Administration said that they had no report to make at this meeting.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 242 new titles and the
acceptance of 11 gifts. Voted: that this recommendation be approved.
The Trustees then moved to the organization of the Board, and Miss Loring was again
elected Chairman and Miss Stanton, Secretary.,
Miss Loring, as Chairman, then appointed the following Committee:-
