The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on April 29th.
There were present, Miss Loring, Messrs. Porter, Delaney, Rowe, Cronin and Cagan.
The records of the meeting of March 25th were read and approved. The Secretary also
read notes from Miss Marion Crafts and Miss Isabelle Preston, expressing their appreciation at
being appointed to the regular Staff.
The statement of the Finance Committee, giving a summary of expenditures to date was
presented and approved.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 108 new titles and the
receipt of 9 gifts. Voted: that this recommendation be approved.
The report of the :Librarian was read and placed on file.
