Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeal (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, April 23, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Evan Wile,
to continue the public hearing on his Appeal from an Administrative Decision to the
Board’s regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2002. The Appeal is from an
Administrative Decision of the Building Commissioner’s interpretation of the Beverly
Zoning Ordinance, in a letter written January 28,2 002, relative to property located at 65
Rear West Street (the Parcel”) also know as 63 West Street. Attached hereto is a copy of
the waiver signed by the Petitioner’s representative requesting the extension.
