The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at the Library on Thursday, June
27th, at 4 p.m.
There were present Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Messrs. Delaney, Porter, Cagan and
Woodberry.
The records of the meeting of May 28th were read and approved.
The report of the Finance Committee, to date, was also read and approved.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 95 new titles and the
acceptance of 9 gifts. Voted: that this recommendation be approved.
The Librarian' s report, giving details of work for the six months of the year, was read and
placed on file.
Voted: that the July and August meetings of the Board be omitted, subject however to call
by the chairman if need should arise.
