The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at the Library on Tuesday, May 28th,
at4p.m.
There were present Miss Loring, Mrs. Motley, Messrs. Porter, Delaney, Cagan and Cronin.
The records of the meeting of April 25th were read and approved.
The report of the Finance Committee for the five months ending May 3 1st was read and
approved.
Mr. Porter made an informal report on the work being done at the Farms Branch.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 99 new titles and the receipt of
29 gifts. Voted: to approve the recommendation.
Voted: that if the E.R.A. funds would permit it, the E.R.A. library workers would take
inventory and revise the card catalog at the Farms Branch, and that $25.00 should be taken from
Library Trust Funds to cover the expense of transportation for these workers and the Library
Assistants who should oversee them.
