A. Disposition of minutes of January 6, 2020 meeting
Motion to approve: Joanne Panunzio

B. Develop interview questions for candidates
Using sample questions from previous searches, ALA guidelines, and the MBLC trustees'
guidelines handbook, the committee compiled a list of questions to ask all candidates. These
touched upon categories such as Finance, Community Service, Leadership, etc.. Separate
questions that were unique to the candidate were added. Questions were assigned to various
members of the search committee.
The meeting was adjourned at 8.24PM
