David Dunn, President of Voyage of Spray a non-profit centered at Salem He stated that he was a teacher from Boise, Idaho. There is a vessel at Salem, and it is for distance education of teachers around the world. It has gone to Nova Scotia, and was supposed to go to Mystic, but the weather got bad, and there is no place to put the vessel. He was wondering if Beverly had any room. It is 71' overall, 46' on deck. J. Frates stated that this is rather sudden. D. Dunn stated it is sudden because of New England weather. It came into Salem about 2 weeks ago. The time for a visiting vessel is up. His only other option is Port Marina, it is very expensive. J. Frates explained that we are having the pipeline going down through the harbor this winter, and they will be in and out of the area. A. Wheelock suggested that he get in touch with Tina Burke at the Coast Guard Station in Boston. J. Frates introduces our new member, Stella Mae Seamans. J.
