Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeal (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, March 26, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, John J.
Theriault to continue the public hearing on his application to the Board’s regular meeting
to be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2002. His application is for a Special Permit to
encroach 1 foot plus or minus upon the required 10 feet side yard setback with a 12 feet
by 27 feet 6 inches open deck on the rear, and to encroach 3 feet plus or minus upon the
required side yard setback with a 10 feet by 22 feet 9 inches two-story addition, which
will contain a dining area on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor, and to
encroach 8 feet 6 inches upon the required 10 feet side yard setback with a 10 feet 6
inches by 4 feet covered porch in the front. Attached hereto is a copy of the waiver
signed by the Petitioner requesting the extension.
