PRESENT: J. Frates, R. Badessa, S.M. Seamans, G. Ward, C. Raymond, T. Birner, S.
Menezis, and A. Wheelock
J. Frates opened the meeting with a letter from S. Menezis regarding the walkway at
Cummings Center. S. Menezis stated that he had a meeting with Dr. Lupini, and he was
put in touch with Mr. Connolly. Mr. Connolly says that he knows that the fence is not
correct. They are planning to move and pave, but there is no money at the present time.
The School paid for the fence. J. Frates spoke about signs regarding Public Access.
S. Menezis stated that he also had a meeting with Bass Haven regarding signs. He met
with the Commodore and he stated that they are willing to comply. S. Menezis, C.
Raymond, and S. Menezis sent a letter reinforcing.
S. M. Seamans, S. Menezis, and D. Neuman went to Quincy to view sights at Acorn.
They were very impressed with what they saw. J. Frates says that D. Neuman has spoken
with Mayor Crean and he is still trying to get it through.
S. M. Seamans made a motion to adjourn. It was seconded by J. Frates, and all approved.
