2000-12-07 MINUTES december 7, 2000 jubilee Yacht Club PRESENT: j. frates, a. burns, c. raymond, t. birner, p. allen, d. neuman, a. wheelock, j. bolden gUESTS: L. Bochynski J. Frates opened the meeting and thanked everyone for coming. He stated that he has enjoyed the past year, and would like to thank Jubilee Yacht Club for allowing us to use the room. J. Frates, D. Neuman, A. Burns, and C. Raymond met with C. Marciano. D. Neuman stated that we should ask in the middle of January where the plans stand. D. Neuman, J. Frates, T. Cassidy, and D. Hurlbert met with Cummings. They don't want to give up the parking along the water. Their license says we want waterside. Will talk again after the holidays. A letter was received from the Bass Haven Yacht Club regarding dredging. There will be a meeting on Monday 12/11/00 @ 10:30 a.m. A. Burns stated that the Beverly School for the Deaf owns a small flat piece of land next to the Marciano property. Maybe we should look into this. D. Neuman stated that the grant was left in the Planning Department Office. p. allen made a motion to adjourn. d. neuman seconded this. all approved. respectfully submitted, eileen twiss
