Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeal (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, March 26, 2002, members of the Board voted unanimously to allow the
applicant, Alan Indeck, in a petition for a Special Permit, to withdraw the application
without prejudice. The application was to encroach 16.3 feet plus or minus upon the
required 20 feet side yard setback and to encroach 11 feet plus or minus upon the
required 30 feet front yard setback with a 7.5 feet by 36 feet one-story garage and
covered porch addition,
