Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeal (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, March 26, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Eastern
Tower LLC/M. Sanford, in a request for a Special Permit to allow installation of a 95 feet
monopole tower/antenna, to continue the public hearing to the Board’s regular meeting to
be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2002. Attached hereto is a copy of the wavier signed by
the Petitioner requesting the extension.
