Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeal (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, March 26, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Robert
Brilliant to continue the public hearing on his application and administrative appeal to the
Board’s regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 23. 2002. The Special Permit
request is under 29-26(D) to allow a replacement of a formerly existing three family
residence. The Appeal is from an Administrative Decision concerning a “stop work
order” issued by the Building Commissioner dated January 29, 2002. Attached hereto is
a copy of the waiver signed by the Petitioner’s representative requesting the extension.
