Dear Ms. Macdonald:
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeal (the “Board”) held on Tuesday,
January 22, 2002, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Po Sai Phoebe Ho,
on a request for Special Permit to continue the pubic hearing to the Board’s next meeting
to be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2002. The application is to encroach 8 feet plus or
minus and 5.5 feet upon the required 10 foot side yard setback and 3.5 feet plus or minus
upon the 25 foot required rear yard setback with additions. Attached hereto is a copy of
the waiver signed by the Petitioner requesting the extension.
