Ms. Bruce calls the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
1. Edible Arrangements - Nick D'Alleva/45 Enon Street/Sign
Ms. Zambernardi states that Edible Arrangements has requested to continue to the August
meeting.
2. Pisani's Market - Philip Hresko/Rantoul Street/Site Plan Review
Mr. Hresko displays prints of the proposed building to the Board. He begins to explain
the design being masonry on the outer sides with the middle section being metal. The
sketch shows individual balconies. He shows three different versions of the building with
the upper center varying slightly, one with peaked roofs. He continues to explain that the
building will have three different Pleasant Street views. The front may have an awning.
The first floor will consist of commercial space with upper floors being residential units.
He continues to show the one-bedroom unit and the two-bedroom unit floor plans. He
explains to the Board that the various plans will allow them to pinpoint the good features
and he will create another plan labeled "Scenario E" for the Board's approval.
Mr. Haring discusses the position of the stairs with Mr. Hresko.
Mr. Finch points out the components of the plans that he likes.
Ms. Bruce suggests making a wider ridge along the cornice instead of peak roofs.
Ms. Zambernardi suggests to the Board that Mr. Hresko compose a new drawing labeled
"Scenario E" to the Board via e-mail. The Board agrees and votes to approve the plans,
which will have the items pointed out by the members incorporated into the plans.
