2000-01-25 Zoning Board of Appeal January 25, 2000 Chairman Scott Houseman opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Councilor’s Chamber, third floor, City Hall, 191 Cabot Street, Beverly, Ma. Prinz re: 5 Dodge Street Robert & Jane Powers re: 74 Lothrop Street A motion was made by Robert McLemore and seconded by Margaret O’Brien to continue the public hearing on all of the above, to Tuesday, February 8, 2000 at 7:00 p.m., due to the weather emergency. A motion to amend was made by Robert McLemore and seconded by Scott Ferguson to amend the motion for all the public hearings to start at 6:30 p.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. The motion to amend passed unanimously. All members were in favor of the motion, as amended. The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
