Item No. 2 - wall and window signs, Bertucci's Italian Market, 23 Enon Street, approved.
Item No. 3 - wall sign, Dress Barn, 37 Dodge Street, approved.
Item No. 4 - 8 signs, North Beverly Food Mart 1 Dodge Street. This item was held and
no action was taken.
Item No. 5 - site plan review, Cassis Bakery and apartments, 261-263 Cabot St. - the
Board reviewed the plan and recommended 4 changes to the plan.
Item No. 6 - site plan review, Stephy's Kitchen, 398 Cabot Street - the Board will ask for
the City Arborist's recommendation. (See September 1999 file for letter of approval.)
