Present: Anthony Boff, Susan Quateman, Susan Oleksiw, Kristen Fenn, Meg Anderson,
Helen Lewis, Kevin McGrath, Marcia Hermann, Jan Plourde
Applicants were invited to make five-minute presentations on their grants. The council met
in a small committee room in City Hall, and despite the crowded venue applicants were able
to present and discuss their applications.
All applicants whose grant applications meet the minimum requirements are given an
opportunity to meet the council in person and defend their grant.
