Meeting Minutes

The purpose of this meeting is to prepare financial paperwork for Massachusetts Cultural
Council Deadline December 15, 2000. Pre approval letters to grant applicants were produced.
by Meg Anderson (secretary) and checked for acuraey and signed by other council members.
Marcia Hermann (treasurer) prepared financial statement for MCC deadline. Paperwork was
gathered and to be mailed to MCC by Marcia Hermann by December 8, 2000. Post office box
key was transferred to Barbara Preston who volunteered to gather mail for remainder of the
year. It was agreed that next year, the BCC would allocate a portion of the administrative
budget to hire people to perform tasks such as the merge mailing of letters to grant applicants
and the financial spreadsheet.
