Others present: Leslee Breen, Director
Cynthia called meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
SECRETARY’S REPORT:
July minutes were approved as read.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Building use for July was 4 Beanos. Reported on success of activities and trips.
New Custodian hired. New Nutrition Site Coordinator hired by SeniorCare for kitchen. Discussed some
changes that are being discussed for the kitchen.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: Building Committee will meet on August 17 at 9:00 a.m. at the senior center.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT: No movement. Fiscal year information has been completed.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Writing Class/Historical Documentation-MaryLou reported that Fred Hammond is looking at
scrapbooks and doing research. She sent out letters to former directors and other individuals
who have been involved with the building.
B. Traffic Light- Surveys finished and have been sent to CDBG office.
C. Building “to-do” list. Gordon and Leslee are systematically working on it. Cleaning of all air
handling office units complete, repair of burst units complete, HVAC in Suite C complete.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Reappointment Letters. Update.
B. Slate of new officers.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Peter publicly thanked MaryLou for working in the back room for Beano.
