Cynthia called meeting to order at 2:20 p.m.
SECRETARY’S REPORT:
There was approval of the October 7, 2003 minutes. A welcome was extended to new member Bob
Murphy.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Leslee reported on building usage and Beano. She reported that Archie (driver)
has retired. We do have a 25/hr per week Custodian, Edward Medeiros, who is working with us.
Halloween party was successful.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: Friends-Beano needs volunteers-especially in the “back room” where the
finances are done.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT: None. Election is today, we will see about the outcome.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
A. Meeting schedule for December. Board voted to not have a meeting in December.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: None
The meeting was adjourned. NEXT MEETING: JANUARY 6, 2004 AT 2:30 p.m. at the Senior Center.
