Board Members present: Susan Albiero-Gadbois, Joe Dettorre, Robert Marshall,
Mary Lou Mital, Thomas Scully, Margaret Sullivan
Board Members absent: Kathy Burns, Cynthia Montalbano
Others present: Leslee Breen, Executive Director, BCOA
Susan called the meeting to order at 2:33 p.m.
SECRETARY’S REPORT:
The reading of the minutes of the May meeting were dispensed and accepted as presented
(Bob with motion, Margaret with second).
DIRECTOR’S REPORT:
Leslee reported on the use of the building. She thanked the Board for their participation
in the Open House. It was successful with over 150 people attending. The van situation
was explained and in process. Leslee gave the schedule for upcoming budget meetings.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
A meeting of the Friends was held on May 21. They elected new officers (same as last
year) and a condominium subcommittee was formed. Discussion was held about how the
Friends monies could be invested to earn more interest.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT:
Leslee advised the committee that the Formula grant might be lowered because of
proposed cuts to the COA line item at the state level.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Officers were slated for next year. The following were slated: Susan (Chairman; Joan
Vice Chair; Mary Lou, Secretary.
NEW BUSINESS:
Susan that she would like to invite people to attend Board meetings. Peter Nuccio will be
invited to attend the next meeting.
