The meeting was called to order by Bob Marshall at 1:58 p.m.
SECRETARY’S REPORT:
The minutes from the January 2, 2001 meeting were approved.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT:
Sheila reported on building usage and provided a financial review. Director’s report
accepted.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
The changes to the Rules will be discussed at the next meeting.
Joe Dettorre reviewed minutes from the Friends meeting and made the suggestion that the
Director communicate regularly with the Mayor’s office to provide updates, etc.
OLD BUSINESS:
Tax Abatement-In process. Tom will follow up.
Sprinklers-Observation of facilities has been completed and we are waiting for an estimate.
Bus-Production to begin in March. Hoping to receive in April.
NEW BUSINESS:
Kitchen Expansion-Tom stated that the bid/RFP policies would have to be followed if the
expansion is pursued.
