Board members present: Bob Marshall, Joe Dettorre, Tom Scully, Sheila Fields,
Joan Fairbanks, New potential member Carol Hachey was present and welcomed by
attendies:
Board members absent: Cynthia Montelbano, Sue Albeiro and Kathy Burns
The meeting was called to order at 2:30p.m.
Director's Report - By Acting Director, Sheila Field
Bingo Report - Accepted as read.
Financial Report - Accepted as read. Elaborated on new Volunteer Oulreach
Assistant and Community Projects with good feedback from other Councils.
Old Business:
No news from City Hall regarding new Board structure. Board rules must be
changed to accommodate new Board structure.
New Business:
Due to lack of full Board to vote subject of meeting Qme change, new officers and
fungrais~g were held off till August meeting.
Republican City Corem Asked for waiver of rental fee for II. II on September 14~h,
no action, tabled to August meeting.
It was suggested and voted by those prescnt to change next meeting date to August
8~h, because of Homecomin~ week.
Senior of the year was secm'fly selected by ballot and is to be kept confide~tis! till
Senior Day to ensure surpi/se.
It was moved to adjourn at 3:30p.m. Next meeting to be on August 8 at l:30p.m.
