Kevin O'Reilly presided.
Joanne Panunzio made the motion, seconded by Mary Behrle, to accept the minutes of the
regular meeting of November 24, 2015 as read. Motion passed.

Personnel: No report.

Long Range Planning: No report.
Report of the Library Director
1) Barnet Gallery: The city has no need to use the Barnet Gallery for the municipal inspections
department. The library will provide office space for a state DEP employee in the reference
office. 2) Community Assessment Grant: Grant application has been submitted. 3) Teens and
Tweens Grant: Letter of intent has been submitted. 4) Trustee Vacancy: Patricia Cirone has
received no word on trustee vacancy. 5) ALA Meeting: Staff members will be attending ALA
meeting in January. Some of Allison Babin's teens have been selected to participate in a panel
discussion at ALA. 6) Upcoming Programs and Events: 3D printer classes, Mayor's reception.
