Discussion ensues regarding qualifications and it was decided to let the full City Council
decide on that as a policy issue.
The Subcommittee continued with the review of the revisions. Decoulos explains the
comments on the document and explains that some of them indicate where sections have
been moved to. He also notes that if something is in the City Charter, there should not be
a provision for it in the ordinances.

Member Boards and determine the terms of office, questioning when the terms of office
begin.
