MEMBERS PRESENT: CHAIRMAN VINNIE COTREAU, ALIX SMALL,
SMALL & GLENN TERRY.

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:45 P.M.
A MOTION TO RECESS FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING SESSION WAS MADE BY
CLAYTON SMALL AND SECONDED BY GLENN TERRY.
ALL IN FAVOR.
THE FIRST PUBLIC HEARING: DAN FINN AN AMENDED ORDER OF CONDITIONS
FOR BRIDAL PATH LANE ON LOT #2 DEP FILE #5-366.
DAN FINN - WOULD LIKE TO CUT SOME 15 TREES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF
THE CREEK. HE PURCHASED A BRIDGE AND WANTS TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE
A YARD. AT THE PRESENT, IT LOOKS LIKE A WALL. IT IS A VERY WOODED
AREA.
CLAYTON SHALL - ASKED ABOUT THE SIZE OF THE TREES.
DAN FINN - UNDER THE CALIBER OF 6".
THE COMMISSION WANTS A SITE VISIT - SUNDAY AT 10 A.M. MAY 2ND.
CLAYTON SMALL, ALIX SMALL AND VINNIE COTREAU WILL BE ATTENDING.
THIS HEARING IS CONTINUED UNTIL MAI 20TH.
THE SECOND PUBLIC HEARING: THADDEUS SIEMASKO AN AMENDED ORDER OF
CONDITIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE ON LOT 3A HUGH HILL
LANE DEP FILE #5-418.
THADDEUS SIEMASKO - STATED THAT ON THE ORIGINAL NOTICE OF INTENT
THE GARAGE WAS DISCUSSED AS A FUTURE PROPOSAL NOW IT IS A PROPOSED
GARAGE. THE APPLICANT IS TO PUT A LAWN THERE AND TO GRASS IT AND
ALSO TO STABILIZE THE AREA.
THE COMMISSION HAS SUFFICIENT INFORMATION.
ALIX SMALL MOTIONED TO CLOSE THE HEARING AND GLENN TERRY SECONDED
THE MOTION.
ALL IN FAVOR.
THE CHAIRMAN TO THE APPLICANT: THE PLAN NEEDS TO BE STAMPED.
THE THIRD PUBLIC HEARING: SHELDON FRISCH SINGLE HOUSE
CONSTRUCTION ON LOT 2A HUGH HILL LANE. DEP FILE #5-441.
THE CHAIRMAN TO THADDEUS SIEMASKO TO REPLACE THE HAY BALES.
THIS IS THE FOURTH AND THE FINAL HOUSE IN THIS SUBDIVISION AND IT
SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF THE SUMMER. THIS PLAN ALSO NEEDS
TO BE STAMPED.
ALSO PRESENT: THOMAS FORD WHO ANSWERED CONCERNS RE: THE DRAINAGE
EASEMENT CULVERT WHICH RUNS ACROSS THE BACK AND THEN EMPTIES INTO
THE CREEK.
CLAYTON SMALL MOTIONED TO CLOSE THE HEARING, BEING THAT THE
INFORMATION IS SUFFICIENT AND GLENN TERRY SECONDED THE MOTION.

AT THIS TIME, CLAYTON SMALL MENTIONED THAT THE SHORE COUNTRY DAY
SCHOOL IS USING A LOT OF HERBICIDES.
THE CHAIRMAN STATED THAT SHOULD FALL U~DER THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT'S
JURISDICTION. CLAYTON SHALL CONCURS WITH THAT.
ALIX SMALL - MADE A MOTION TO VOTE DAVID LAND IN AS AN "ASSOCIATE
MEMRER" AND IT WAS SECONDED BY GLENN TERRY.
A LETTER TO RE SENT.
