ROAD PASSES THROUGH 3 WETLANDS. NOT PLANNING TO FILL, JUST TO USE
THE ROAD, TO INSTALL 2 CULVERTS. A POND EXISTS UPSTREAM. THE
WATER DOES NOT FLOW OVER THE ROAD JUST "MEANDERS" OVER THE ROAD.
THE HOUSE WILL BE OUTSIDE THE BUFFER ZONE.

VASEK - YES, THEY DO. 8 ACRES OF A WATERSHED AREA, NOT A LARGE
DRAINAGE AREA.

VASEK - THE WATER DRIES UP IN THE SUMMER.
NANCY LODGE - ANY CHANCE OF VERNAL POOLS.

THE HOUSE IS OUTSIDE THE BUFFER ZONE. ALSO INCLUDES A DRIVEWAY,
FENCE AND A 12" CULVERT.
THE EXISTING ROADWAY IS A COW PATH. TO CONSTRUCT A FENCE ON THE
WETLANDS SIDE. TO PUT IN A CULVERT, NO WETLAND BUT DOES GET
FLOODED IN THE SPRING. TO PUT IN A 12" CULVERT AND TO PROTECT THE
DRIVEWAY FROM THE WATER BUILDING UP UNDERNEATH. WILL GKADEAND PUT
GRAVEL DOWN.

ONTO COMMON LANE. WILL PLACE A SILTATION FENCE UP. THIS A 2-STORY

ONLY LAID ON THE TOP.
ALIX SMALL - RE: TO BOSTON MAGAZINE ARTICLE LAYING CABLE WILL STIR
UP THINGS UNDER THE WATER.
THERRIEN - THE CABLES WILL LAY ON TOP, THERE WiLL BE NO STIRRING
UP OF ANYTHING.

THERRIEN - THESE ARE REPLACEMENT CABLES. LOW IMPACT WAY OF DOING
THIS PROJECT, THE PRACTICE IS "TO ABANDON" OLD CABLE IN PLACE.

THERRIEN - DOUBLE WALL - PROCEDURE HALF THE WALL, THEN THE OTHER
HALF FOR PROTECTION. A PROPOSED MANHOLE 13' OFF THE CORNER
ADJACENT TO THE HARBOR MASTER BUILDING.

THERRIEN - LOW VOLTAGE, SUB TRANSMISSION.
DPW COMMISSION, GEORGE ZAMBOURAS - ASKED HAVE YOU BEEN IN TOUCH
WITH THE HARBOR MASTER AND THE HARBOR AUTHORITY?
THERRIEN - MASS. ELECTRIC 'MET WITH THEM TONIGHT FOR. THE
INSTALLATION OF THE MANHOLE.
DPW COMMISSION - FROM MY DEPARTMENT, YOU WILL NEED: STREET OPENING
PERMIT AND THE BOARD'S APPROVAL. THE WALL AT THE BOTTOM IS STONE
DRY-FACED, TO SUBMIT STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS AS TO THE PROCEEDINGS.
THIS IS JUST TO MAKE YOU AWARE.
THERRIEN - THIS IS A STATE REIMBURSED PROJECT.
BILL LISS - AFTER ALL THE NECESSARY APPROVAL, WHEN WILL THIS BE
DONE?

IN DECEMBER TO JANUARY.
BILL LISS - RESTRAINTS RE: FISH REGULATIONS.
THERRIEN - THERE IS NO PROBLEM, THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION WILL TAKE
A COUPLE OF DAYS.
NANCY LODGE - RE: CLAM FLATS BEING DISTURBED.
CHAIRMAN - NO DISTURBANCE WILL TAKE PLACE.
CLAYTON SMALL - CUTTING OFF AT THE MUDLINES, WHAT IS EXPOSED?
THERRIEN - IT WILL BE SEALED AT THE END.
CLAYTON SMALL - RE: BRIDGE FOOTINGS, CUT THROUGH THE CABLE?
THERRIEN -'YES.
