contracts is authorized to apply for said Our Common Backyards grant to partially fund in the amount of $200,000 the acquisition of
installation of a new playground structure and splash pad at Lynch park in the city of Beverly , the total cost of which is expected to be
$250,000. The City accepts a Common backyard Grant in the amount of $200,000. for the purpose of acquiring and installing the

aforementioned play structure and splash pad at Lynch Park, the city hereby appropriates and /or authorizes the City treasurer to proceed
