Submit the accompanying order and recommend its adoption
Ordered: That the City Council of the City of Beverly approve the request to transfer $255,080.00 from the City's Reserve for Free Cash
balance to the City's Water Enterprise Fund balance. This request comes as a result of an independent review of the historical charges
related to the Water Enterprise Fund. Specifically as identified in the analyst's report dated September 30, 2013, charges related to a
position during fiscal years 2011, 2012, and 2013 were identified as inappropriately charged to that enterprise fund thus requiring a
replenishment equal to those expenditures. These funds are available within the City's free cash balance and this purpose is an
appropriate use of said funds.
