BILL LISS MOTIONED THE PUBLIC HEARING SESSION, NANCY LODGE

SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE, POOL AND UTILITIES.

CLAYTON SMALL QUESTIONED THE SEPTIC SYSTEM AND THE DWELLING. TO
CHANGE THE HAY BALES AND WHERE WILL THEY BE WHEN THE DWELLING IS
DOWN.
NANCY LODGE QUESTIONED A CELLAR.
SIEMASKO - YES THERE WILL BE A CELLAR.
BILL LISS QUESTIONED THE PERMITTING AND THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
ENGR. YES IT IS PERMITTED.

JOSEPH SETWATKA - A 20-30 FT. DROP FROM THE TOP OF THE BANK.

CLAYTON SMALL - WANTS DOCUMENTATION SHOWING EVIDENCE WHEN DOING THE
SEAWALL, ALSO ON THE RARE HABITAT, ON THE WETLAND SIDE-REGRADING,
ALSO FOR THE 3-CAR GARAGE - HOW MUCH FILL. ALL CALCULATIONS AND IF
THE FILL IS TO BE SPREAD AROUND,HOW MUCH OF THE AREA; TO STAKE THE
3 BACK CORNERS, TENNIS COURT AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LEACHING
FIELD AND THE 2 CORNERS OF THE DWELLING. HOW WILL THE POOL AREA BE

THE SCOUT EXPLAINED HIS PROJECT IN FULL DETAIL, ALSO THE MEMBERS
RECEIVED BROCHURES OF THE SAME CONTENTS. IT WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE
J.C. PHILLIPS NATURE PRESERVE. THE SCOUT HAS SPOKEN TO TOM
KNOWLTON OF THE SALEM BEVERLY WATER BOARD AND THE COMMISSION WANTS
A LETTER FROM THE WATER BOARD.

THAD SIEMASKO EXPLAINED THE PROJECT AND THE APPROVAL OF THE TAKING
OF CONSERVATION LAND BY THE COUNCIL.
A SMALL PLAN WAS SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME. THE ADDITION FALLS WITHIN
THE PAVED AREA, NOT ADDING ANY IMPERVIOUS AREA, MINOR IMPACT.
