PUBLIC HEARING SESSION MOTIONED BY DR. MAYO JOHNSON AND SECONDED BY

FENCE INSTALLATION.
ON SEPTEMBER 13, SHOWED PLANS OF THE FENCE INSTALLATION, SHOWN WITH
INCORRECT PROPERTY LINES AT THAT TIME.
ON SEPTEMBER 19 LETTER SENT RE: FENCE BEING OUTSIDE BUFFER ZONE.
(ON FILE). SUBMITTALS GIVEN OUT AT THIS TIME.
DAVID LANG - QUESTIONED THE LINE BACKED 56 FEET, STRAIGHT LINE 40'
NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR, PRESENT, TOM HOLAK, SPOKESPERSON RE: THE
PLANTERS SUBDIVISION. BEING A DIRECT ABUTTER RESIDES AT 9 PILLOW
LACE LANE, HAS NO OBJECTION, SO LONG AS ALL RULES ARE FOLLOWED.
BEHIND IS A STREAM, AND A 70' WIDE DEDICATED OPEN SPACE AREA. 40'

BILL LISS - WHAT SPECIES OF EVERGREEN ARE GROWING THERE?

CHAIRMAN - LOOKS LIKE AN INTERMITTENT STREAM, THE PROPERTY
DRAINS DOWN TO HATHAWAY AVENUE.
ATTORNEY PETER MERRY, PRESENT, REPRESENTED THE ALEXANDERS.
HE EXPLAINED THE HISTORY REFERRING TO A PLOT PLAN.
CLAYTON SMALL & GLENN TERRY ARE OPPOSED TO GRANT A
CERTIFICATE.

CHAIRMAN - THE SURVEYOR'S DETAILS ARE NOT CLEAR ENOUGH, LOOKS
LIKE IT IS IN A RESTRICTED AREA. AN ENGINEER SHOULD GO DOWN
AND PERHAPS MOVE THE FENCE. THE AREA APPEARS TO LOOK MORE
LIKE A DRAINAGE ABRA. TO TABLE FOR 3 WEEKS. BILL LISS
SECONDED DAVID LANG'S MOTION.

DAVID LANG - DEER HAVEN ROAD COMING DOWN IT ON THE RIGHT,
SYMES CLEARED AND GRUBBED AS WHOLE AREA OUT AND IS NOW STORING
BARK AND CHOPPED UP MATERIAL.
DISCUSSION - ED BECKER / GREENBELT. 34 THISSELL STREET - A PROPOSED
CONSERVATION RESTRICTION BY THE RAILROAD TRACKS / ROUTE 127.
A BROOK RUNS ALONG THE TRACKS. MRS. CLAPP WILL CONTINUE TO
OWN IT. (APPROXIMATELY 10 ACRES). THE POND IS IN THE
RESTRICTION FOR CONTINUED PUBLIC USE. PUBLIC ACCESS. IF
ENDORSED, TO SIGN OFF A MUNICIPAL CERTIFICATE.
CLAYTON SMALL HOW WOULD THE PUBLIC ACCESS IT. AND ALSO
REFERRED TO PARKING.
A PARKING LOT WOULD NOT BE IN ORDER.
DR. MAYO JOHNSON MOTIONED TO ACCEPT THE PARCEL AND GLENN TERRY
SECONDED THE MOTION.

ORDER OF CONDITIONS FOR CHANSKY 7 PILLOW LACE LANE
BILL LISS MOTIONED FOR STANDARDS AND DR. MAYO JOHNSON SECONDED
THE MOTION.
ALL IN FAVOR.
DAVID LANG WENT BY THE STONE WALL ON LANDERS DRIVE, ALONG
MIDDLEBURY LANE. HE MOTIONED TO SEND AN ENFORCEMENT ORDER OUT AND
BILL LISS SECONDED THE MOTION.
ALL IN FAVOR.
GELPEY 130 LOTHROP ST. COMPLAINED AT THE OFFICE RE:
MUSANTE / CONCRETE WORK, ETC. DAVID LANG SPOKE WITH HIM EARLIER
TODAY. EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER ACCORDING TO MUSANTE'S
DETERMINATION.
DR. MAYO JOHNSON MENTIONED LANDMARK SCHOOL COMING IN.
THE CHAIRMAN TOLD HIM THAT THEY HAD CONVERSED.
