MEETING CALLED TO ORDER @ 7:45 P.M.
REQUEST/DETERMINATION/APPLICABILITY: DI RUBIO/SPLAINE

CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE, DRIVEWAY & UTILITIES, ALL
WORK ADJACENT TO THE BUFFER ZONE.
CLAYTON SMALL - QUESTIONED THE EXISTING FENCE.
JAY SPLAINE - THE FENCE IS ALL STAINED AND IS RELOCATING THE FENCE.
iT IS SURROUNDED WITH BLUEBERRY BUSHES.
DAVID LANG - ASKED THE DIMENSION FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK.
SPLAINE - APPROXIMATELY 38 FEET.
O'DAY - THERE WILL BE NO FOUNDATIONS UNDER THE DECK AND THE PORCH.
THERE WILL BE GRADING UNDERNEATH.
SPLAINE - THE WETLANDS ARE THE SAME AS WHEN HAYES ENGINEERING FROM
WAKEFIELD DID THE FILING FOR THE CITY OF.BEVERLY DRAIN FOR FLOW
IMPROVEMENT.
CHAIRMAN - THE CITY DID FILE FOR THEIR DRAIN, AND ALSO REGARDING
THE BLUEBERRY BUSHES, THEY COULD BE OF A WETLAND SPECIES. THE
CHAIR NEEDS PROOF OF THE BLUEBERRY BUSH TYPE, ESPECIALLY THE ONES
CLOSEST TO THE WETLANDS LOOK THE BEST. ALSO WANTS A CORE SAMPLE
AND ALSO A BOTANIST COULD DETERMINE IF THE AREA COULD HAVE BEEN A
WETLAND AT ONE TIME. THE PROOF COULD DETERMINE THAT IT DOES NOT
FALL UNDER OUR JURISDICTION.
ENGR. O'DAY - ASKED HOW MANY CORES AND WHICH KIND WOULD THE
COMMISSION WANT.
CHAIRMAN - WANTS A CORE SAMPLE FROM THE WETLANDS UP TO THE
BLUEBERRY PATCH; 'SOMEONE WHO IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE KINDS OF
PLANT THAT EXIST THERE AND OF WETLAND PLANTS.
CLAYTON SMALL - BOTH A BOTANIST AND A GEOLOGIST REPORT IS NEEDED.
DAVID hANG - TO PUT ON THE PLAN, THE HOUSE & DECK PRINT.
CHAIRMAN - ADD THE LOCATION OF THE POLES FOR THE DECK & PORCH.
CLAYTON SMALL - RE: THE DRIVEWAY STRUCTURE/DRAIN FLOW.
NANCY LODGE - WILL THE DRIVEWAY BE PEBBLES.
JA~ SPLAINE - NO IT WILL BE PIARDTOP. STONES WILL BE UNDER THE
ENTIRE SLAB FOR EASY FLOW.
C?L~.IRMAN - IF THERE IS PROOF OF ALL THAT WAS ASKED FOR, NONE OF
THIS WILL MATTER IF IT IS NOT UNDER OUR JURISDICTION.
CONTINUED - FOR 3 WEEKS - MARCH 29TH.
ENGR. O'DA¥ WILL CONTACT THE OFFICE WHEN EVERYTHING ASKED FOR IS
READY/AND ALSO DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

DAVID LAND SECONDED THE MOTION.
