TOOK GRADES OUT TO THE SPILLWAY. 'THE 39 DESIGN ELEVATION FOR THE
RESERVOIR IS FROM TOM KNOWLTON.
CHAIRMAN - QUESTIONED: TO PIPE TO THE DETENTION BASIN. ALSO, AN
ADVANTAGE TO PUT IN A SWALE MIGHT HELP RELIEVE POLLUTION.
PETER OGREN - HOW DEEP WOULD A SWALE HAVE TO BE, AND MAYBE AT THE
VERY END.
