FINN EXPLAINED THE PROJECT IN DETAIL, STATED THAT A REPRESENTATIVE
FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DID THE DELINEATION
AND FLAGGING AS OF AUGUST 17, 1995 AND IT HAS BEEN VIEWED BY THE
ABUTTERS. THE FLAGGING OF THE BROOK BEGINS AT FLAG #6. WORK WILL
START IN THE HAY BALE LINE. THERE IS A DOUBLE STAKING OF HAY
BALES. TO WORK IN A NON RESOURCE SIDE AND IN THE BUFFER ZONE.
THE REAR YARD GRADE WILL HAVE NO CHANGE THE FRONT YARD GRADE IS
WITHIN THE ROAD GRADE.
DR. MAYO JOHNSON - RE: THE WETLAND DELINEATION, IS IT THE SAME AS
IT WAS IN THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR WHEN WE HAD A SITE VISIT?
FINN - YES, IT IS BASICALLY THE SAME.
DR. MAYO JOHNSON - RE: THE DRIVEWAY, WHAT TYPE WILL IT BE? GRAVEL?
FINN - YES, IT WILL BE OF A GRAVEL/STONE TYPE.

THERE IS AN INTERMITTENTLY STREAM. THE 100' BUFFER ZONE IS
ASSOCIATED WITH THAT. BOTH SIDES ARE FLAGGED IN THE FIELD, THE
DITCH BEING 2' WIDE AT IT'S WIDEST. WANTS A DETERMINATION ON THE
WETLANDS LINE.
