Dinkin called the Regular Meeting of Beverly Planning Board to order at 7:30 p.m.
There is no new or other business or Subdivision Approval Not Required Applications.
Dinkin called the Regular Planning Board meeting in recess until 8:05 p.m.
Dinkin called the Regular Planning Board meeting back to order at 8:05 p.m.
Public Hearing: Current Public Hearings — Special Permit Application #130 -12. Site Plan
Review Application #106 -12 and Inclusionary Housing Application #03 -12 — Demolish
existing building and construct four - story, mixed use building containing 45 apartments
and commercial ground floor unit — CC Zone — 79 Rantoul Street — Enterprise Apartments
Rantoul Enterprise Realty Trust
Zambernardi stated that the Applicant has submitted a request to the Planning Board that it
continue the public hearing to the March 20, 2012 meeting due to an unanticipated scheduling
conflict on the part of the Applicant.
Thomson made a motion to continue the Public Hearing for Site Plan Review Application
#106 -12 and Special Permit Application #130 -12 to March 20, 2012 at 8 p.m. Motion
seconded by Harris. Motion carried 5.0.0. The Chair votes in favor.
Harris made a motion to recess the Public Hearing and reconvene the Regular Planning
Board Meeting. Motion seconded by Flannery. Motion carried 4.0.0.
Dinkin called the Regular Planning Board meeting back to order at 8:05 p.m.

A member of the Public asked the Board to explain why the Public Hearing is not being held this
evening.
Zambernardi stated that it was brought to their attention today that there is a City Ordinance on
the books that states no multiple number body can schedule a regular meeting that conflicts with
meetings held by City Council. Because of the Holiday yesterday, the City Council's meeting is
tonight. Zambernardi stated that they consulted with the City Solicitor and his advice was to
continue the Public Hearing date to another time.
Thomson made a motion to extend the date for the Public Hearing — Site Plan Review
Application #105 -11 and Special Permit Application #129 -11 to March 20, 2012 at 8:30
p.m. at City Hall. Motion seconded by Flannery. Motion carried 5.0.0. The Chair votes in
favor.
Flannery made a motion to adjourn the Regular Planning Board meeting at 8:10 p.m.
Motion seconded by Harris. Motion carried 5.0.0. The Chair votes in favor.
