BEVCAM ACTIVITIES

NEW TELEPHONE NUMBER
978 - 922 - 5544 is now assigned but occasionally is not operating. This has
reported to Verizon.
CHANNEL OUTAGES
Several outages have been occurring. Signal artifacts and audio from chsnnel 22
has appeared on channel 10 on several occasions. All of this has been reported to
technical operations as well as Rob Travers.

POLICY AND PROCEDURES
BevCnm board has adopted Rules and Procedures as presented by the Policy
Committee
ACCOUNTING AND AUDIT
Audit is complete and will be distributed with the Annual Report. A finance
committee meeting is planned to prepare a budget for FY2003
ANNUAL REPORT
The 2002 Annual Report is now at tbe printer and will be distributed by mail to
members as well as the city administration, cable commission and Comcast.
TRAINING AND OUTREACH
A Chamber of Commerce representative has been trained and is using the auto-
pilot studio. Members of the Homecoming Committee are to be trained this
month. An announcement offering training to people interested in covering
community events is now posted on the bulletin board. An article in today's
Salem News announces our call for volunteers to cover Homecoming.
