-he will order a few loads of sand. He does not believe pea stone is needed due to
the type of pipe ordered. Sod will be needed and ordered in small quantities to
complete one bunker at a time. A load of loam will also be ordered.
Two loads of greenspace will be ordered and used to extend green #12.

Other updates:
The roof repairs have been completed and came out terrific. The roofer put a cap
on the dormer and completed the repairs. it is expected that this will also resolve
the water leak.
The railing boxes have been removed.
The dishwasher is in but not yet fully installed.
Panels for the men's locker room are in. This is expected to be one of the next
projects being worked on.
The refrigerator and ice maker were ordered but not yet in; the icemaker was on
backorder.
NOTE: Bone Fish Harry's moved locations, there may be a walk-in freezer in the
vacated space that can be used. Sean will look at it and get back to everyone.
Hole #18 — Mark Mungeam provided a rendering. Arthur will be presenting this
along with the plan to the counsel, however no date has been set. Arthur is also
working with Mungeam regarding a timeline.
Chris Carter provided his report which shows rounds are down 10% which is
attributed to weather. There are new members who have paid their deposit with
their balances due in, however they are likely not back from where they spent
winter. New members are invited, if they do not accept, they remain on the list
and are reinvited the following year. If they do not accept the second invitation,
they are removed from the list and others on the wait list are moved up.
Total membership is 300. Junior leagues are in process. Next month's projections
are expected to be similar to average when compared to the last couple of years.
Greens fees are also down 10%, we are hoping for more playable days.
We are rolling the tennis courts; they will be open next week.
