15 Chair Ouellette called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

18 a. AT&T Alliance Mobile, 1321 Upland Dr PMB 17363, Houston, TX 77043. Sign:
19 AT&T, 55 Dodge Street— Suite A-210.

21 Jason Parillo, Pro Sign Service representing the applicant, stated that this will be a set of
22 illuminated channel letters, flush mounted to the building. As AT&T is moving within the
23 complex, the proposal is to change two signs into the one proposed sign. There will be an LED
24 illuminated logo and lettering.

26 Flannery: Motion to approve the signage for AT&T Alliance Mobile, as presented. Ouellette
27 seconds. Motion carries (5-0).

29 b. Batten Bros, 893 Main Street, Wakefield,MA 01880. Sign: Dry Bar, 142 Brimbal
30 Ave Unit 7.

32 Jeff Sarra, applicant, explained that Dry Bar will be moving into its new location. The proposal
33 is for channel letters, sized 2'6" x 9'3", flush mounted on the facade. The letters will each be
34 100% LED lit. The facade of the building has been repaired. The lighting of the sign will likely
35 be on a photocell timer similar to the rest of the plaza signs.

37 The Board noted that the applicant is only allowed a sign with a maximum size of 20 SX This
38 proposal is a total of 31 s.f. However, the proposed sign matches the others in the plaza. This
39 could be a discussion to have with the Building Inspector.

41 Flannery: Motion to approve the signage for Dry Bar, at 142 Brimbal Ave, as presented.

47 Vincent Orlando,principal for 478 Rantoul Street LLC, discussed the update to the corridor
48 access in the back of the units.

50 The Board discussed that this has a bit of a tenement housing feel. There was discussion
51 regarding the ribbon windows and keeping that feel.

53 Barone: Motion to approve the site plan as submitted for 478 Rantoul Street LLC, subject
54 to the plan submitted dated July 2, 2024. Contrada seconds. Motion carries (5-0).

56 d. Thomas Alexander, 1 School Street, Beverly, MA 01915. Site Plan: 355 Rantoul
57 Street.

59 David Jaquith and George Zambouras, PE,representing the applicant, reviewed the proposed
60 plans. Two street trees have been added to the plan, subject to DPW approval. The angled
61 parking spaces have been moved back, adding space to the front planter. The plantings in that
62 planter have been adjusted, as previously discussed. There was discussion regarding the
63 proposed materials.

65 The Board discussed the similarity of the proposed material colors. There was a suggestion that
66 there be additional color variations to the materials.

68 Ouellette: Motion to approve the 355 Rantoul site plan application as presented,per the
69 revised plan dated July 22, 2024, for 355 and 380 Rantoul Street site plan.
70 Flannery seconds. Motion carries (5-0).
