5. Unfinished Business:
• Flag Poles City Hall Space Force,Merchant Marines, Special Pole for Recognition:
Planning to meet with Eric B from engineering department on starting plan.
• Monument plans in the middle of the park. Basic design was presented by Buddy Rehal
• Talk with Jane Decker who designed the Vietnam Memorial statue.Veteran council
members will reach out to her, along with contacting Colonial Brass to get estimated
prices,
• Work with High school or the tech school for a 3D plan.Nick Parianos said he would
reach out to contact them.
6. New Business:
• Santa parade vehicle for M Brought up by Chuck Clark asking if the council
plans to have a vehicle this year.
• Venmo or other direct pay options for donations BVV,VFW Etc. Brought up by Nick
Parianos as a way to help steam line for cannings and donations.
• �� gam Farms, 10am Bev Hospital, l lam Main Ceremony downtown. Times
Men out by Cory Paulete volunteers are to contact him at 978-304-3116
• Beverly Middle school Ceremony announcement,David Perinchief
passing.info to the Fire and Police Dept.
• 6 Flag clean up 830AM North Beverly, 945AM St Marys Cemetery, 11 am
Central Cemetery.
• Volunteers for Warrior Weekend are going to be needed. Brought up by David Perinchief
7. Announcements:
• Bench install and ceremony went well.
