1. Call to order
Subcommittee Chair Buchsbaum calls the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and announces that this
is a subcommittee meeting of the CPC being held remote and in-person conducts a roll call.

2. Consultation and Q&A with the CPC —no public comment received
3. Discussion of Process for Habitat for Humanity(HFH) Grant, Round 11 there was
discussion of the status of the HFH in light of the legal opinion being discussed at the next
CPC regular meeting on 8/15/24. Further guidance was expected at that time. The clawback
clause will be reworked into the draft application review process in place of the existing
language in 45 similar to how this was done at the Cabot with a shorter term given the lower
anticipated grant amounts. It was suggested that the clawback terms be 0-1 year— 100%; 1-3
years —75% and 3-5 years -50%. It was discussed that this may need to be limited to units
with an existing affordable housing restriction (clarification to follow). It was also suggested
that the MOU state that there shall be no emergency repairs funded with the CPA grant.
4. Schedule of Meetings —There was consensus that one more meeting would be needed to
wrap up.
